Meet Z
Hello, my name is Zaneta White the founder of XO Pilatez but my friends and family call me “Z”. I am a lover of people, beauty and life as a whole. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been known for my energy and presence when I enter the room. Instantly bringing out smiles and laughter! As a result, people are constantly drawn to me, wanting to know who “Z” is.
That’s when I figured it out… I was meant for this, I realized after working years in the banking industry that my purpose was to demonstrate to others that life is worth living to the fullest and not a moment should be wasted.
So, I founded XO based on the premise of LIFE & LOVE. Yes, we have all heard the saying “Live, Love, & Laugh'' but you can’t do that if you are not happy with who you are. XO’s mission is to change what you see when you walk pass a mirror. Before you WOW someone else you must first WOW yourself by building your self image. That is what Pilates has done for me! I started my journey eleven years ago and no… I was not always committed but I didn’t quit!
XO, represents love and take it from me, Z… it starts with you. Let XO change your life, by strengthening, building and creating a body that you love. When you feel good and look good, confidence will exude from your walk to your smile… introducing a new lively energy that is undeniable. That’s what I am offering you here at XO, the Z-Life!


Pilates Makes Everything Else You Do Better
This is our 45 minute XO method flow. Designed to​ transform the way your body feels and performs with a series of exercises, all rooted in the original techniques of Joseph Pilates-- this class will help you improve flexibility, increase your core strength, tone your goodies and work your entire body.

*Set up/Suggested Props- 2-3lb hand weights, ankle weights and resistance bands
This 45 minute class will get your heart rate up in no time. This full body-toning cardio workout is designed to boost the metabolism, sculpt muscles and ignite your fat burning potential. Using an effective formula of High Intensity interval Training that blends cardio exercise with plyometric and body resistance moves to work all of the major muscle groups of the body. This effective workout keeps your body moving to keep the heart rate up, engage the core and build a strong lean and toned body.
This high intensity 45 minute class targets the areas that can always use a little extra TLC-- Abs, Arms, and Booty. This class will work each muscle group for an extended period of time to add definition, sculpt and tone!
